In this year of pandemic related flexibility from the norms, C-C has proven to be as inflexible as stone.
My wife and I are front line workers caring daily for sick and dying patients, since the beginning. We have abided by the recommendations against indoor congregation as voiced by all regulatory agencies. Worst of all, our local C-C casino is a SMOKING ALLOWED casino.
Needless to say, we engaged in no gaming activities over the last 10 months.
C-C even reported on their Total Rewards home page that due to pandemic restrictions, Tier Status AND BENEFITS would carry over until Jan 31, 2022. We assumed this meant Reward Credit benefits as well (especially since the expiration date had already been extended once). This is also why we did not pursue alternative ways to activate credits.
Sure enough, December 31 came and C-C expired 80,000+ reward credits EACH from my wife’s and my accounts. We carefully cultivated these Reward Credits over several years to use on trips.
I have complained to our local host several times and keep getting the same response: I will forward your email to my “boss”. NO RESPONSE.
We mainly wanted others to know that C-C “Loyalty Programs “ are a joke.
They have lost the “loyalty” of Perennial Seven Stars players over this issue.
