I am a black lotus loyalty member and the following is how I have been treated and violated.
I have attached “some not all” screenshots with solid evidence of both my leaderboard win and the Deposit and game play records before my large wins that show loyalty was not used and all bonuses were forfeit or bonus req were met. All correspondences from customer support have been saved and show how I was told to place reverse withdraws consistently, how my info was never properly processed after countless chat sessions where I was blatantly lied to and also how I was told to place Bitcoin deposits before my bitcoin withdraw could occur. Told repeatedly by customer service that “everything was in order for full withdraws, after I carefully asked all questions. Most IMPORTANTLY how even though my “wins” were defaulted by the alleged loyalty bonus, no correspondence or correction to account was shown. I was deceptively led to believe for WEEKS that my winnings were valid and I continued to deposit my own money and played thinking this casino was reputable. This is what my bank will use when they will chargeback if our arbitration isn’t conducted fairly and with fact based evidence. Also the you launder money through several other processor ids to avoid US law on online casinos.
I was congratulated on my big wins and then it was taken from me due to lies and misconstrued abuse from the casino regards your T&Cs. Also the leaderboard that is boasted is apparently not existent.
I firmly believe that Joncgross and others do not exist and is used to Ramp up playthrough for the patrons that you are currently scamming.
We entered an agreement and I have completed the requirements.
Please forward correspondence to the appropriate departments. Further non reply will result in quite the interesting press situation. I would escalate this to senior management for immediate remediation.

]]>They all ADVERTISE fastest, most or instant payouts that take between 15 minutes to 2 days at the most. Here is what I endured. I deposited via bitcoin so withdrawal via bitcoin should be both no problem and/or a no brainer, right? Well, four days go by as i am waiting on a response from a request for a withdrawal after going through the typical abusive Curacao bonus playthrough etc.
Neither casino responded to my request until iI decided to cancel my withdrawal 4 days later. I figured since they were obviously not going to pay out, I said what the hell and began to play with my winnings and magically, my wins were about 5 percent .
Coincidence, I think not. Finally after i played through my winnings. I conveniently got a response which said that my request for a withdrawal has been denied. Note again, the response was not recieved until i cancelled my withdrawal 4 DAYS LATER. So this tells you that the fastest or instant payout promise from the Bovada family is just what it is – b.s.
Also. (which was quite costly)as soon as I signed up for these casinos, my phone and email were looded with emails/phone texts as well as messages on my pc telling me my password was leaked in. a security breach and just about every Curacao casino was listed.
Another thing to think about: none of these sites are legitimately licensed. Just look at your bank statements. They are usually listed as food and beverage or website developer.
Not only did i notice this but my credit card information was being passed around and abused by other Curacao based casinos that i never deposited on and the ones I did were charging me three times for every deposit i made. This had me concerned for both my personal and financial information.At the very least folks, do not make the mistake I made and put your Credit card info on their site. Please.
Truthfully, it saddens me. I enjoyed playing on both sites. but they have taken the fun and magic out of gambling. They will try to say, ‘oh we just want you to have fun using our services. Hey Curacao casinos, its no longer fun when you know your going to Nm lose. So, I am hoping that this post makes people think twice about giving these scam artists (because that is what they are) any money.
Shame on them for taking advantage of people like this during a pandemic. At the very least they need to stop advertising fake rtp averages as well as instant payouts or just be honest and say”no payouts”. There is not one person I have spoken to online or in person who has ever recieved any sort of payout from any online casino period let alone Slots.lv and Bovada.lv. RTG, Betsoft, and Rival Gaming are all the same as well. Do not gamble on overseas Casinos period. Stick with your nearest local casinos that at least have regulations and some sort of ethics /fair play.
