The Sands boss adds that because of the company\u2019s concentration on Asia — a region that largely bars internet gaming — it\u2019s not a major priority. But he\u2019s not closing doors to the right opportunities.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd if it’s profitable and we saw the right path, we would pursue it. I’m watching it. It’s fascinating to watch what Bill’s going through and Craig’s been through it, and the people at Caesars,\u201d said Goldstein. \u201cAnd it’s fun to watch and see where it goes. Wynn\u2019s Billings says it\u2019s encouraging that the online sports wagering industry is evolving from the acquiring-customers-at-any-cost model that was so pervasive in the early days. He claims there are attractive opportunities in the space for omnichannel operators.<\/strong><\/p>\n\u201cI think the industry is becoming increasingly more disciplined in terms of how they approach that, which is great, you know, for us to see.
