(Image: Netflix)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The tournament will pit four teams, each consisting of one F1 driver and one PGA pro, in an eight-hole match. Only the top two teams will advance to the final hole, where they get to battle for the title.<\/p>\n<h2>Drivers with Drivers<\/h2>\n<p>According to a Netflix press release, the F1 racers lined up so far are Alex Albon, Pierre Gasly, Lando Norris, and Carlos Sainz. They\u2019ll go swing-for-swing against PGA mainstays Rickie Fowler, Max Homa, Collin Morikawa, and Justin Thomas.<\/p>\n<p>Many of the same players have already starred in the Netflix series \u201cFormula 1: Drive to Survive\u201d and \u201cFull Swing.\u201d More big names are expected to be announced as they are secured.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"main-blockquote\"><p>The Wynn Golf Club has hosted a number of unique matchups over the years and The Netflix Cup will be an incredible addition to the storied history of the course,\u201d Steve Weitman, President of Wynn Las Vegas, said in a statement. \u201cThis tournament will showcase a tremendous roster of talent, competing on the only golf course on the Las Vegas Strip, just steps away from the inaugural Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Netflix Cup will stream live at 3 p.m. PT on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Wynn Golf Club also made headlines last week as the scene for a viral video illustrating how <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casino.org\/news\/video-las-vegas-sphere-appears-to-troll-golfer-in-hilarious-viral-video\/\">the MSG Sphere trolls golfers<\/a> on the Tom Fazio-designed championship course.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Netflix announced on Tuesday a golf tournament to kick off next month\u2019s Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend. \u201cThe Netflix Cup&#8221; will pit Formula 1 racers against PGA stars in an 18-hole tournament at the Wynn Golf Club on November 14.
