(Image: Valley Forge Casino)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The unnamed man spent nine minutes at the King of Prussia, Pa. property\u2019s sports book and a table game before returning to the parking lot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>While he was inside, Pennsylvania State Police broke the car\u2019s window to rescue the baby. Upon seeing troopers, the suspect allegedly tried to flee. A search of the car turned up illegal drugs, according to State Police.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The outside temperature that day was 84 degrees. There&#8217;s no indication that the baby was injured.<\/p>\n<p>Pennsylvania state law prohibits these actions.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Adults are prohibited from leaving minors unattended in the parking lot or garage, a hotel, or other venues at a casino since it creates a potentially unsafe and dangerous environment for the children,\u201d the PGCB said in a statement.<\/p>\n<h2>Recent Exclusion Additions<\/h2>\n<p>On Wednesday, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casino.org\/news\/pennsylvania-gaming-control-board-fines-state-casinos-73k\/\">Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board<\/a> (PGCB) approved placing the man\u2019s name on the exclusion list, which prevents him from ever again entering casinos in the state.<\/p>\n<p>Three other adults were also placed on the list, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A man who left two kids, ages six and eight, alone in a vehicle at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casino.org\/news\/live-casino-pittsburgh-helps-prevent-tax-increases-westmoreland\/\">Live! Casino Pittsburgh<\/a> for 13 minutes while he played slots inside the casino.<\/li>\n<li>A woman left two children, ages 10 and 13, unattended in a vehicle in the parking garage of Live! Casino Philadelphia for 24 minutes while she played slots.<\/li>\n<li>A woman left a 13-year-old alone in the Sky Bridge hallway of Mohegan Pennsylvania Casino for 10 minutes while she gambled at slots inside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further details weren\u2019t provided in a statement released by the PGCB.<\/p>\n<h2>PGCB Issues New Fines<\/h2>\n<p>This week, the PGCB also fined regulated entities $45K.<\/p>\n<p>These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In three separate incidents, <strong>Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, LLC, operator of Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course<\/strong>, was fined $40K when players under 21 accessed the gaming floor and gambled.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lightning Gaming, Inc.,<\/strong> a manufacturer of slot machines, was fined $5K for failing to notify the PGCB of material changes to its financial status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A man was placed on a permanent exclusion list this week after he left a one-year-old alone in a locked vehicle while the adult went inside Pennsylvania\u2019s Valley Forge Casino Resort.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":44,"featured_media":299177,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21,13592],"tags":[13766,45,81895],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Valley Forge Casino Gambler Left One-Year-Old Alone in Car<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"A man was placed on an exclusion list after he left a one-year-old alone.
