The gaming venue has faced a bevvy of obtsacles, and now, in recent financial filings with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the parent entity to the $1.6 billion resort says it hopes to open up casino operations sometime before March 31, 2019: more than a year late.<\/p>\n
