Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman has long been a supporter of the development, saying two months ago that the new resort would \u201cblow the lid off of everything.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re finally building,\u201d Goodman said after the project was approved.<\/p>\n
Along with the D, Stevens also owns the Golden Gate Hotel & Casino. He purchased the Las Vegas Club with his brother Greg in 2015.<\/p>\n
