]]>Back in the day, it was a self-contained (genuinely) immersive area — If you stood in the middle of the installation, you couldn’t see anything BUT the set-up and you felt like you were in another world. Now? Clear and nearly full view of the shops, restaurants, etc. surrounding the conservatory area which grows smaller and more bare bones with each new installation. Won’t be long before it’s reduced to a couple of potted plants thrown in the middle of the space.
And, seeing how vulnerable the ‘iconic’ Bellagio fountains are to tampering, does anyone think this incredibly valuable huge footprint won’t someday be sacrificed to an ‘exciting new dining and retail concept?’
