It’s always so ackward to report news you already heard awhile back because you read our blog, but here we are.

Resorts World has confirmed our scoop from Oct. 2021, singer (sorry, “international superstar”) Michael Buble will do a residency (sorry, “limited engagement”) at the new Strip resort.

Are you not entertained? (Note: If not, keep it to yourself.)

Buble’s residency will be six shows, from April 27 to May 7, 2022.

Lighten up, bro. You’re in Vegas.

The show dates are as follows: April 27, 29, 30 and May 4, 6, 7, 2022.

These deals always include the option for an extension, depending upon how ticket sales go.

While a relatively short run, Michael Buble is a big “get” for Resorts World, the result of a scramble for another headliner following the postponement of Celine Dion’s residency, presumably due to medical reasons. (She only cancelled her Resorts World shows, not her world tour.)

The struggling Resorts World pinned a lot of hopes on Celine Dion given her proven drawing power, and not just in ticket sales. Dion appeals to the perfect casino resort customer, with lots of disposable income to spend on rooms, restaurants and gambling.

Ditto, Michael Buble, in theory.

We love us some Michael Buble, mostly because of that song, “Everything.”
